The elected officers of JLC held the induction of officers at Jade Valley, Quezon City with Honorable Vice MAYOR Herbert "Bistek" Bautista as the Guest of Honor and inducting officer. PCSupt Elmo DG San Diego, District Director, QCPD also showed support in the event.
